How to access your medical claims history and Review Medical Claims
The View your recent Medical Claims link on the NASI Welfare Fund page will take you to a secure “Login Page”. First-time users will have to “Request username” on this page and complete the on-line form. If the form is completed successfully, you will be given the opportunity to choose your “User Name” and a password. The system requires a secure password, so follow the directions when creating your password. If the Fund Office does not have your social security number, you will not be able to complete this step until you have contacted the Fund Office and provided your social security number. This situation occurs mostly with dependents who are over age 18.
Once you have successfully created a User Name and Password, you can sign on to view your recent claims history (by following the “Health” link), eligibility status, view a list of dependents that have been enrolled in the NASI Welfare Fund and see your address that is currently on file with the Fund office. That a dependent’s name appears on the list of dependents does not, necessarily, mean that that dependent is currently an eligible dependent.
Be advised that to protect individual privacy, each adult dependent must access his or her own information. Remember, in order for a dependent to gain access to claims, the dependent’s Social Security Number must be on file in the Fund office.
