We apologize for this error and want to assure you that we take the privacy and security of your personal health information seriously. The content of the letter and/or flyer was accurate and did not include any personal health information. A new version will be mailed to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be assured that this did not impact any other functional areas such as eligibility, prescription drug fulfillment, invoicing for medication, or any other communications from Optum Rx®.
